1. After washing your hands, remove the nasal breathing dilator to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Gently insert the nasal breathing dilator into the nasal cavity and choose the appropriate size according to the size of your own nasal cavity.
3. Adjust the position of the dilator so that it fits firmly in the nasal cavity without excessive force.
4. Breathe slowly and feel the nasal cavity unobstructed and the air flow.
5. Use it for a certain period of time every day to gradually adapt and train nasal breathing and improve the ventilation capacity of the nasal cavity.
6. After use, take out the nasal breathing dilator, clean and dry it, and store it in a clean box to avoid contamination and bacterial growth.
